- Sitting quad sets (press heels into floor)
- Theraband leg press (10-15 reps)
- Theraband side steps (10-15 reps)
- Curtsy cross-overs (10-15 reps)
- Partial squats (10-15 reps)
- Side step-ups (10-15 reps)
- Floor stretches for hips (invest in yoga mat?)
I think this is working. I’m almost at a point where I’m willing to try on my shorts again, to see if they fit yet…
