Updated Physical Therapy Routine

  1. Sitting quad sets (press heels into floor)
  2. Theraband leg press (10-15 reps)
  3. Theraband side steps (10-15 reps)
  4. Curtsy cross-overs (10-15 reps)
  5. Partial squats (10-15 reps)
  6. Side step-ups (10-15 reps)
  7. Floor stretches for hips (invest in yoga mat?)

I think this is working.  I’m almost at a point where I’m willing to try on my shorts again, to see if they fit yet…
